Changed your mind about a purchase? No problem, we know it sometimes happens. Here’s how to return a product to Tightly Knit:

Step 1: contact us for an RMA

Drop us an email to info@tightlyknithosiery.com to let us know you’d like to send something back. To avoid any delays in issuing your return merchandise authorisation (RMA), please remember to include the following:

  • Your order number (found on your email receipt)
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours to confirm that we can accept your purchase back.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of sale, clearance, or special order items, which are all final sale.

Step 2: send your item(s) back within 30 days

We offer a generous 30-day returns window. Simply send your purchase back to the address below within 30 days of receiving it, ensuring that all items are in their original, resalable condition.

For hosiery, this means that the packaging must be unopened – just the way you would want it to arrive to you! For all other items, please ensure that they are unused, odour-free, and complete with any tags and/or packaging still intact.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service to ship your item(s) back, as we cannot take responsibility for the parcel until it reaches us.

Step 3: receive your refund within 10 days

Once we’ve received your parcel, we’ll inspect it and drop you an email to confirm that we’ve got it back.

Unless there are any issues with your return (in which case we will contact you), you can expect to receive a refund of the price you paid for the item(s) within 10 days. This can only be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error.

Can I get an exchange instead of a refund?

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective, which will be replaced with the same item in the same size.

To swap for another size or style, simply send your original order back for a refund, and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to exchange it for.
